噪声掩蔽下小鼠下丘神经元的声强感受性分析(英文)

摘    要:以弱强度白噪声为掩蔽声 ,探讨了噪声前掩蔽、后掩蔽和同步掩蔽对小鼠下丘神经元的声强感受性影响 结果表明 ,三种噪声掩蔽的MT值都明显高于纯音的MT (p <0 0 0 1) ,且前掩蔽的MT明显高于后掩蔽和同步掩蔽 (p <0 0 0 1) 噪声掩蔽对神经元阈上 10dB发放影响主要表现为易化效应 ,相反 ,对最大发放的影响主要表现为抑制效应 同时 ,噪声掩蔽可明显改变神经元潜伏期函数 ,但对发放率函数的影响不明显

Abstract:In this paper, weak white noise was used to masker, and the ef fect of the intensity processing of mouse IC neurons on forward masking, backwar d masking and simultaneous masking was studied. The results showed, mean of MTs of IC neurons on three different masking by white noise were higher than its on tone(p<0.001), and there was significance (p<0.001) for the difference betwe en MT of forward masking and MT of simultaneous masking and of backward masking. And effect of noise masking on spike 10 dB above threshold of IC neurons mainly was facilitation, but,which on maximum spike of IC neurons mainly was inhibitio n. Furthermore, it can be seen that changing of the types of latency-intensity f unction on noise masking was obvious, but which of rate-intensity function on co ntrary.
