| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,终身体育这一新的体育思想已深入人心,而学校体育的重要组成部分高校体育对终身体育有着深远的影响和至关重要的作用。高校体育应把培养学生终身体育放在首位进行研讨,使之与社会体育、终身体育相接轨。
