| 摘 要： | 现行上海市社会体育指导员管理模式存在着一些难以克服的弊端,当今社会体育发展要求尽快建立起新的管理模式:建立政府体育行政机构宏观管理下体育社会团体;建立区级社会体育指导员协会;建立市级“运动项目组织”协会;改善上海指导员组成的结构;建立上海社会体育指导员工作备案;完善上海社会体育指导员培训制度;这样才能适应市场经济条件下社会体育指导员管理。

| Abstract: | There are many insurmountable shortcomings in the current model of Shanghai socialized sports instructors.The development of social sports calls for a new management model.Based on the research of the status quo of the management system of Shanghai socialized sports instructors,the author puts forward several suggestions: establishing sports socialized organizations in the charge of the government sports administrative setup,socialized sports instructors associations at the district level and municipal "sports events organization" associations,improving the formation and training system of Shanghai socialized sports instructors,making the work record of Shanghai socialized sports instructors. |
