| 摘 要： | 女辅导员具有独特的工作角色特点,在高校学生思想政治教育中发挥着重要作用,体现人格特征与行为方式的应付方式和作为个体应激资源的社会支持是影响高校女辅导员应激状态改变的重要因素。通过对皖赣部分高校女辅导员应激状态下的社会支持与应付方式现状的调查分析,高校女辅导员需要从情绪应对、问题应对、生理应对与环境改善等方面改善应付方式和获得社会支持。

| Abstract: | With their unique working role,female counselors play a significant role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The major factors influencing their states under stress are coping style,which reflects their character traits as well as their ways of behavior,and the social support,as the individual resource under the stress situation.According to the survey and analysis of their coping style and the social support among some female counselors in Anhui and Jiangxi provinces,the author views that female counselors should improve the coping style and gain the social support from the angles of problem-focused,emotion-focused and physiology-focused as well as the improvement of environment. |
