| 摘 要： | 知识经济呼唤创造型人才。高校是培养创造型人才的重要基地 ,高校图书馆参考咨询工作在培养学生创新能力的过程中 ,理应大有作为。为了充分发挥图书馆参考咨询工作的作用 ,高校图书馆应加强对在岗职工的继续教育 ,在岗职工也应自觉地加强学习 ,努力提高服务水平。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy society needs qualified personnel of creativity. As the base of training such talents, the library consultancy of colleges and universities can and ought to play an important part in the process of developing students' creative abilities. In order to give full play to the libraty consultancy, the libraries of colleges and universities should strenfthen inservice staff's continuous education and the inservice staff should also enhance their self development and thus improve their own service level. |
