| Abstract: | Teaching files with the role of examine and reference for teaching work is the foundation and basis of the teaching work evaluation. The evaluation of teaching work promote the development of files affairs. For the teaching files work, it is the prerequisite to strengthen the leader's files consciousness; it's the basis to strengthen the teaching and administrative staff's files consciousness and it's the key to strengthen the administrative personnel's files consciousness. |
