| 摘 要： | 华中科技大学种子班作为培养拔尖创新人才的一个试点,坚持"行政力量主导,学术力量参与"的教改方针,按照培养创新型杰出工程人才的使命和要求,以真实项目研究为牵引,充分发挥与Dian团队密切结合的优势,积极构建有利于学生主动实践和全面工程训练的研究性课程教学体系,大力变革教学方法,努力将实际工程、新技术发明和科学家发现知识的过程转化为教学过程,并注意塑造良好的育人文化,在人才培养模式创新方面取得了显著成就,其做法和经验具有一定的参考借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | Seed class from Huazhong University of Science and Technology features on combining class and student group and emphasizes engineering practice.We rebuild every part of traditional teaching,introducing real-world engineering projects and international class.We merge the process of real-world engineering,invention of new technology and discovery of new theory into our teaching process,which is a new teaching method.Seed class creates the new teaching method which focuses on stimulating students′ innovation and creativity,playing a leading role in Chinese teaching reform. |
