| Abstract: | There are various methods to solve the conditional extremum problem. In this paper,we focus on the theory of quadratic forms to solve conditional extremum problems of two particular kinds. After that,based on studying conditional extremum of quadratic form in n variables,a decision of conditional extremum and a general way to solve it are also given. |
