| 摘 要： | 邓小平法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分，其内容丰富，博大精深，是依法治国方略的指导思想和理论基础，依法治国方略是邓小平法制思想的继承和发展，是国家长治久安，顺利进行现代化建设的重要保障，是我国社会主义法制建设理论和实践发展史上的重要里程碑。“以德治国”方略的提出，不会削弱其重要地位。

| Abstract: | The Ideology of Deng Xiaoping' s Legal Institutions is an important part in the whole Deng's Theory .Its content is rich and the thought is broad and profound.It is the guiding ideology and the rationale of the general plan for administering the country according to law.The general plan is the inheritance and development to the ideology of Deng's legal institutions. It assures national securely and is the important insurance for the modernization construction. It is the important milestone in the theory for building our socialist legal institutions and in the history of practice development. The General Plan for administering the country by ethics is put forward by Chairman Jiang consolidates its position. |
