| 摘 要： | 与经济市场化相联系的区域经济一体化或区域经济的协调发展，是温州区域经济持续发展的重要条件。在开放的市场经济条件下，温州区域经济的优势定位，主要表现在区域经济内的产业优势，其标志是这种优势产业能够在区际乃至国际市场上表现出较强的竞争力。区域经济内优势产业群体的形成，是在市场力量作用下众多投资者和厂商的群体选择，是由市场选择、竞争定位的。以小商品为主要载体的温州劳动密集型产业，就是在这种背景下应运而生，并迅速发展起来的。但是，伴随着市场结构由卖方市场转变为买方市场以及经济全球化、国内市场国际化，这种处于全球和全国经济分工体系中的粗放型劳动密集产业，必然会由于其所固有的低技术含量、低附加值乃至很强的替代性，而逐渐丧失其比较优势，面临着生存与发展的危机，客观上要求必须着力培育新的更高层次的比较优势，并把这种比较优势转化为竞争优势。

| Abstract: | The regional economic integration or its coordinative development, which is related to economic marketnization, is the key condition for Wenzhou regional economic sustainable development. The forming of advantageous industry group within regional economy is the group choice of many investors and manufacturers under the market force, which is chosen by the market and decided by the competition. Wenzhou's labour intensive industry centering on small commodities just came into being and developed under this background. As the market construction changes from the seller's market to the buyer's market, as well as the economic globalization and domestic market internationalization, the labour intensive industry will gradually lose its comparative advantages. In face of the crisis in its survival and development, a new and higher level comparative advantage must be cultivated and furthermore transformed into competitive advantage. |
