| 摘 要： | 首先简述了杭州、宁波和温州房地产市场的发展现状,同时对三地的房地产投资、市场供求情况进行比较,并通过房价与人均可支配收入的涨幅比来测算三地居民对房价的承受力水平,最后为三地房地产市场发展的不足之处提供建议。

| Abstract: | This paper first introduces the present conditions of the real estate in HangZhou NingBo and WenZhou, then makes a comparison of the investment and the supply and demand of the real estate there respectively. Meanwhile the paper evaluates the acceptance level of the inhabitants for the house price in those cities. Finally the paper offers some advice in terms of the shortcomings in the development of real estate in the three cities. |
