| 摘 要： | 通过对新疆弱势群体的构成及现状分析,可以看出新疆弱势群体给社会带来的消极影响主要表现在:新疆弱势群体是诱发社会动荡的重要潜在因素,社会评价过低、普遍歧视的存在促使新疆弱势群体对社会产生不满,新疆弱势群体中的高失业率必然带来高犯罪率,容易引发对改革产生否定性评价,新疆弱势群体易受国际反华势力和非法组织的利用。
