| 摘 要： | 在企业能力系统层次划分的基础上,对新兴技术企业与传统技术企业能力系统的差异性进行了检验。研究表明,动态能力在两种类型企业中存在显著性差异,而静态能力的差异性却并不显著。在此基础上,对企业动态能力与新兴技术之间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,企业动态能力的各个维度与企业竞争优势之间确实存在显著正相关性,尤其是环境适应能力与企业竞争优势之间的相关性更为明显。同时企业动态能力各个维度之间的相关性也很明显。

| Abstract: | On the basis of hierarchical dividing to competence system,this paper comparatively analyze the competence system of emerging technology and traditional technology companies.Studies show that dynamic capabilities have significant differences in two types of companies,but the differences of static capabilities are not significant.In addition,this paper also studies the correlation between the dynamic capabilities and the competitive advantage of emerging technology companies,and results show that the various dimensions of dynamic capabilities does exist significant positive correlation with competitive advantage,especially the capability of adapt to the environment.Dynamic capabilities also have obvious correlation between the various dimensions.That can make us more clearly exactly understand which is the key capability to promote the formation and development of emerging technology,and thus provide a theoretical basis for the development of emerging technologies,but also help to a fundamental understanding of the evolution of emerging technologies. |
