摘    要:以区域创新系统创新投入与创新产出关系为研究对象,应用典型相关分析方法进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,区域创新投入与创新产出具有相关性,且相关关系显著;研究与发展全时人员当量对发明专利授权数有显著的促进作用;国家创新基金获得资金对科技型企业新产品销售收入具有显著的促进作用;人均固定资产对高新技术企业数量和企业新产品销售收入具有抑制作用;规模以上工业企业研究开发人员数对高新技术企业数量和企业新产品销售收入具有显著的促进作用。并在此基础上给出了政策建议。

Abstract:Taking the relation between innovation input and output of the regional innovation system as the research object,the paper conducts empirical research based on the canonical correlation analysis method.The result shows that,there are strong correlation among the innovation input and output,the number of whole time research and development personnel has significant effects on the invention patent,the national innovation fund has significant effects on the new products sales income of the enterprises,the fixed asset per capita has inhibitory effects on both the number of the High-Tech Enterprise and the new products sales income of the enterprises,the number of research and development personnel in the industrial ventures above the scale has significant effects on both the High-Tech Enterprise and the new products sales income of the enterprises.Finally,some policy suggestions are offered in accordance with the research result.
