| 摘 要： | 竞技状态的发展变化是运动训练分期理论建立的基石,也是当前挑战周期理论的突破口。那么对竞技状态的认识决定了对周期理论的评价。从对竞技状态的概念及其定义讨论着手分析了竞技状态对周期训练理论形成的作用,提出训练周期理论仍然是运动训练的基本理论。

| Abstract: | The development of competitive state is the cornerstone of the foundation of the periodical theory in sports training,but also the present challenges to the periodical theory.So,the evaluation about the periodical theory should be decided by the understanding of competitive state.The paper analyzes the function of competitive state in forming periodical theory according to the discussion of the conception and definition of competitive theory,and suggests that the periodical theory is still the basic theory in sports training. |
