| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省作为技术创新方法的重点省份,在TRIZ理论推广应用过程中取得了一定的经验,但也存在很多问题。基于此,提出了以政府为主体,以企业为核心,高校、科研院所、中介机构共同参与的TRIZ理论推广应用体系,在服务黑龙江省的同时,旨在为我国各省市开展技术创新方法的推广与应用提供参考。
