| Abstract: | The authors explores the detailed measures of the talents' training plan of higher vocational ed-ucation from the aspects of changing the thought and idea of education,the orientation of the feature of talents' training plan,strengthening the vocational quality education,reforming the basic teaching of foreign languages and computers,reforming the curriculum and teaching content system and stressing creative edu-cation according to the target orientation of talents' training in higher vocational education and the cur-rent situation of students resource combining the constructing fact of the national top-quality speciality in the electronic information engineering department in Shenzhen Polytechnic College. |
