| 摘 要： | 大学生是当代青年中的优秀分子,做好在大学生中发展新党员工作,是新时期党的建设的根本要求。建立和完善在大学生中发展新党员工作机制,有利于党组织吸收更多健康的新鲜血液,对于改善党员结构,增强党在高校的阶级基础和群众基础,具有十分重要的意义。
