| 摘 要： | 制造业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分.制造业的发展导致技术工人群体的产生、发展与分化.现代制造业生产内涵的变化,要求技能型人才的知识、能力结构不断高移,使得社会对高技能人才的需求日益凸显.高技能人才的生成路径,有高级工、技师接受高一级专业教育和技术人员接受实践能力、专业技能培训两种.从现实国情分析.我国的高技能人才培养应以前者为主.

| Abstract: | Manufacturing industry is an important component of economic.Its development had brought the emerge,development and breaking up of the group of technical workers.Great changes in producing connotation of modern manufacturing industry will ultimately demand the technical talents to raise their knowlege and ablity structure.It's made the demand of high-skilled talents be large and urgent.There are two paths to train high-skilled talents from hige-skilled workers or technician.We should take the former with our reality. |
