| 摘 要： | 十七大报告提出“实施扩大就业的发展战略，促进以创业带动就业”，这为我国高校创业教育和创新创业型人才培养指明了方向。创新精神、创业能力归根到底是人才培养问题。本课题组对江苏高校创新创业状况的调查表明，我国高校创业教育十分薄弱，困难与障碍甚多，实施高校正规创业教育，大力培养创新创业型人才至关重要。

| Abstract: | With the investigation on innovation and entrepreneurship education in Jiangsu colleges and universities, we find out that the entrepreneurship education there is inadequate and existing many difficulties. Put the normal education of entrepreneurship of colleges and universities into practice is very necessary and imminent. |
