| 摘 要： | 面对日渐严峻的就业环境,提升学生的创新创业能力、改进现有人才培养策略势在必行。本文针对我国高校创新创业人才培养存在的问题,以影响高等教育的外部环境为参考,兼顾内外之间的联系,从培养目标、课程体系建设、师资团队和校企合作机制等方面,探讨高校“双创”人才培养策略。

| Abstract: | Facing the increasingly severe employment environment,it is imperative to improve students'innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities and improve existing talent training strategies.This paper aims at the problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in China's colleges and universities,taking the external environment affecting higher education as a reference,and taking into account the internal and external connections,discusses the cultivation strategy of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities from the aspects of training goals,curriculum system construction,teacher team and school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. |
