| 摘 要： | 跨境电商的飞速发展使社会对高质量创新型人才的需求不断增加,高校作为培养高素质创新型人才的重要基地,培养适合地方经济发展与社会需求的专业人才是其关键任务之一。因此,国贸专业的创新型人才培养模式必须紧密结合跨境电商发展背景,不断进行改革与创新。本文在结合跨境电商人才需求状况与能力特性的基础上,深入剖析国贸专业创新型人才模式实施过程中存在的问题,从教学模式、实践教学体系、师资队伍建设等方面对国贸专业创新型人才培养模式提出优化建议,提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has led to an increasing demand for high-quality innovative talents.One of the key tasks of colleges and universities,as an important base for cultivating high-quality innovative talents,is to cultivate professional talents suitable for local economic development and social needs.Therefore,the cultivation mode of innovative talents majoring in international trade must be continuously reformed and innovated based on the background of cross-border e-commerce development.Based on the demand situation and ability characteristics of cross-border e-commerce talents,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents majoring in international trade,and puts forward strategies to optimize it from the aspects of the teaching mode,practical teaching system and teaching staff construction,in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation. |
