| 摘 要： | 校企合作培养应用型技术人才是各类高职院校增强竞争力的重要手段,也是发展的必然需要。本文通过对校企合作的背景、国内外校企合作的方法、人才培养规格进行分析,着重提出了航空服务专业在校企合作视野下构建人才培养途径、操作方法和评价机制,探索航空服务专业在校企合作视野下的人才培养模式,以期练就教师队伍、改进人才培养手段、提升人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | School-enterprise cooperation in training applied technical talents is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of various higher vocational colleges,and it is also an inevitable need for development.Based on the analysis of the background of school-enterprise cooperation,the methods of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,and the standards of talent training,this paper puts forward the construction of talent training approaches,operation methods and evaluation mechanism of aviation service specialty in the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,so as to explore the talent training mode of aviation service specialty in the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,in order to train teachers,improve the means of talent training,and improve the quality of talent training. |
