早期教养活动在中职学校教学的实践与思考

摘    要:中职院校与其他的教育院校相比,在教育模式上略有不同,着重培养就业型人才,教学中强调所学知识的实践与应用,重视提升学生的动手实践能力。中职院校学前教育专业主要的就业方向是保育员,学生在学习时,不仅要将理论知识学习透彻,还要进行必要的实践和实习,以更好地掌握知识的具体运用。早期教育已成为中职院校服务社会发展的全新领域,通过国内外相关文献可知,学前早教人员的专业质量直接关系婴幼儿的发展1]。

Practice and Reflections of Early Educational Activities in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract:Compared with other education colleges,the education mode of secondary vocational colleges is slightly different.It focuses on cultivating employment-oriented talents.The teaching emphasizes the time and application of the learned knowledge to improve students'practical ability.In pre-school education majors in secondary vocational colleges,the main employment direction is to train childcare workers.When conducting related studies,students must not only thoroughly study the theoretical knowledge,but also perform the necessary practical internships to better grasp the specifics of the knowledge.Using it,early education has also become a new field for social development in secondary vocational colleges.It can be learned from reading domestic and foreign relevant literature that worldwide research has common points,that is,the professional quality of preschool and early education personnel is directly related to infant development.
