| 摘 要： | 构建学习型社会是知识经济发展的一个必然要求。在学习型社会里,需要重新阐释“人”、“学习”、“学习能力”等概念,确立起“人是学习的动物”、“学习是人自我实现、超越的过程”、“学习能力是人自身发展、超越的能力”等理念,以便为学习型社会的构建奠定坚实的理论基础。

| Abstract: | The construction of learning society is necessary for the development of knowledge-based economy.In order to establish a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of learning society,the concepts such as "human","learning" and "learning ability" need to be reinterpreted;ideas like "human is a learning animal","learning is a process of self-fulfillment and self-transcendency","learning ability is a sort of ability for human to realize self-development and self-realization" need to be established. |
