| 摘 要： | 大学生的教育和管理是高等教育的首要目标和根本任务。立体育人是指将思想教育、专业教育、素质教育三者融为一体,不断充实实践育人的科学内涵,为学生的成长夯实内容体系,提供基础支撑,引领发展方向。＂121＂立体育人模式是高校学生教育与管理的一种实践探索和理论尝试,其以班级为基点,以教学系管理为纵线,以年级管理为横线,以学院为平面,对学生进行多角度、全方位的教育和管理,是新形势下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的重要方法之一。在从＂一点＂＂两线＂＂一面＂对高校立体育人模式框架进行研究的基础上,从模式的运用、模式的功能分析两个方面对高校立体育人模式进行检验。
