| 摘 要： | 随着大学外语课程改革的不断深入,自主学习能力的培养及教学实践研究备受关注。以元认知策略为视角,对国内外相关研究进行述评,探究元认知策略对大学生外语自主学习能力的影响,并在实验结果基础上提出教育建议。从认知结构和认知过程出发,分析教与学的心理动因,激发学生的潜质,强化学生外语自主学习能力的培养,优化教学结构。为丰富一线教师的教育研究进行有益的探讨,为外语自主学习的教学理论提供实证性研究。
