| 摘 要： | 在世界范围内,法律援助模式的选择取决于多种因素。法律援助的管理模式主要有三类:由政府机构管理,由律师协会管理,由独立的委员会管理。在刑事法律援助以外,法律援助的提供模式也分为三类:专职律师模式,司法保障模式,混合模式。在研究其他国家法律援助模式的基础上,我们可以架构适合中国国情的法律援助模式。

| Abstract: | The choice of legal aid mode depends on many factors.The administrational mode of legal aid includes three types: supervision by government agency,supervision by lawyer's association,and supervision by independent committee.For aid action out of criminal legal aid,the providing mode of legal aid includes three sorts: the style of staff lawyer,the style of judicature,and the style of mixture.On the basis of studying legal aid's modes in other countries, we can construct legal aid's modes with Chinese characteristics. |
