| 摘 要： | 高职院校是中国教育体系中近几年建立起来的一种新型院校,它是培养技能型和应用型人才的摇篮。高职院校学生的特殊性给班主任工作提出了新的要求。如何根据高职院校的特点做好班主任工作,已成为高职院校教育工作者亟待探讨解决的问题。面对新时期高职教育的时代诉求,提出了班主任工作的基本方法,班主任在学生工作中的作用以及班主任工作的注意事项。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational college is a new college, which is established in Chinese education system in recent years. It is the cradle of cultivating skill type and applied talents. The particularity of higher vocational college students puts forward new requirements to headteacher’s work. According to the characteristics of higher vocational college, how to do well in headteacher’s work has become a problem which is urgent to study and solve for the educators of higher vocational college. Facing the era requirement of new period higher vocational education, the basic method of headteacher’s work, the effect of headteacher in the student work and the points for attention of headteacher’s work are proposed. |
