摘 要: | 本文介绍了逆向工程的定义,系统地分析了逆向工程的基本工作流程,包括点云数据的获取、数据预处理和重建模型等过程。并以维纳斯头像重建为例,借助SolidWorks软件,通过ScanTo3D插件对点云数据进行数据处理,并进行曲面重构,最终生成实体模型的过程,说明了逆向工程技术在产品几何造型设计中具有较高的应用价值,具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract: | The definition of reverse engineering is introduced, and the basic work flow of reverse engineering is analyzed systematically, which includes data acquisition, data processing and modeling reconstruction. The statue of Venus head is taken as an example to show the whole process of surface reconstruction, which consists of the point cloud data of it processed, the surface reconstruction achieved and the solid mold produced by ScanTo3D tool in SolidWorks. It demonstrates the application value and the wide development prospect of reverse engineering technology in product' s geometric modeling design. |
