| 摘 要： | 上个世纪90年代末以来，我国逐渐摆脱了亚洲金融危机的影响，对外经济发展势头强劲，带来国际收支的连年顺差。以此为背景，通过对我国国际收支现状、巨大的国际收支顺差盈余对我国经济发展产生的影响的分析，提出我国应该建立有弹性的人民币汇率制度，这对实现国际收支平衡及我国金融业的发展具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | During the late 1990s, China came out of the Asian financial crisis, and vigorous international trade brought great surplus on the balance of payment in the successive years. On the basis of this date, the paper analyzes on the current situation of China's balance of payment and its influence on the economic development as a result of the enormous surplus of balance of payment. The author holds the view that it is important to set up an elastic exchange rate system for the balance of payment and the development of China's finance. |
