| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]分析开放数据对图书馆信息资源建设各个环节的影响,为图书馆开展相关服务提供参考。方法/过程]基于文献分析和网络调查方法阐述开放数据与信息资源建设的关系,从图书馆信息资源建设发展规划、建设实践、基础理论等方面分析开放数据对图书馆信息资源建设各个环节的影响。结果/结论]开放数据是图书馆信息资源建设的重要内容,是图书馆丰富馆藏、建设特色资源、实现转型、开拓增值服务的重要手段。提出提高馆员意识与能力、提高社会各界的参与热情、建立专门的开放平台、不断完善法律与政策环境、加强基础理论研究等建议,以此促进图书馆的发展。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper intends to analyze the impact of open data on all aspects of library information resource construction,and provide references for library services.Method/process]With document analysis and survey online,the paper elaborates the relationship between open data and information resource construction,and analyzes the impact of open data on all aspects of library information resource construction,from the perspectives of development planning,construction practice,and basic theory.Result/conclusion]Open data is an important content of library information resource construction,and is an important approach to enriching library collection,establishing special resource,realizing transformation,and exploiting value-added service. It puts forwards some advice in developing library,such as improving librarians’ consciousness and ability,improving the community’s participation enthusiasm,building a special open platform,and optimizing the legal and policy environment. |
