| 摘 要： | 人文主义的职业教育价值观认为,职业教育的目的不是"制器"而是"育人",因此不能把职业教育的着眼点仅放在传授职业所需知识、技能上,而应重视受教者的主体地位和主体性,培养学生的自主性、能动性和创造性.本文从人的本质特征、教育的延续性、学生的创造性潜能、当代职业的转换性、未来社会的发展和学生发展的不确定性6个方面论证了中等职业教育应重视培养学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力.
