| 摘 要： | 本文通过对145家中小企业调查问卷的分析、公共研发机构在支持中小企业技术创新方面发挥作用机理的探讨以及对上海集成电路设计研究中心成功案例的总结,揭示了我国中小企业技术创新及对公共研发机构需求的现状,以及公共研发机构在支持我国中小企业技术创新、促进产业技术发展中可以发挥的作用。

| Abstract: | By analyzing questionnaire investigation into 145 SMEs,discussing the mechanism under which applied public R&D institutions play therir role in supporting the Innovation of SMEs,and summarizing the successful study case of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design & Research Center,this article elaborates on the current situation of Innovation of domestic SMEs,their demand for public R&D institutions and the role public R&D institutions shall play in supporting Innovation of SMEs and promoting industrial technological development. |
