| 摘 要： | 从当前大学生主要的心理问题来看,大学心理健康档案除了涉及学业、情绪、人际关系、恋爱和性,还应涉及就业和择业;心理健康档案的建立应该遵循相应的原则,在内容构架的设计上应该包含学生综合资料、心理测评资料和心理健康教育活动记录三部分,各部分的更新方式、调阅权限各不相同;量表选择不仅关注个别异常学生的心理问题,更应着眼绝大部分学生的心理发展和生涯规划;心理健康档案应该注重多渠道获取、多部门动态更新,并深入挖掘档案中的信息,以更好地促进学生发展。

| Abstract: | Base on the analysis of undergraduates’ main problems of mental health,it is believed that not only the information about study,emotion,interpersonal relationship,love and sex,but also the job hunting and selection should be included in the archives;the principles and the content frame should also be discussed,the classification and update method differs because of its content.Scale selection should focus on the mental development and career plan of the vast majority of the undergraduates.The information in archives should be used to promote the development of students. |
