| 摘 要： | 沧州市渤海新区在发展增长极的过程中机遇与问题并存,京津和环首都经济圈的发展趋势以及渤海新区自身的优势条件都为新区发展增长极提供了新的机遇。但同时也遇到一些诸如如何实现支柱产业真正大规模聚集等问题。解决此类问题的对策主要有:招商引资要做到快、准、稳,创新黄骅港港口建设和管理思路等。

| Abstract: | Opportunities and problems coexist in the process of creating the Economic Growth Pole development of Bohai New District.Several conditions provide new opportunities for the Growth Pole of Bohai New Distric：the development trend of Beijing-Tianjin economic circle,as well as Bohai New District＇s own advantages.At the same time,some problems exist：how to draw large-scale pillar industries to the Huanghua port.Some measures can be taken to solve the problem：aquick and steady attraction of capital and an effective administrative mechanism of Huanghua Port. |
