| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代以后,国际形势发生了剧烈的变动,美国的国际地位相对衰落,国际格局出现了多元化的发展趋势,在此背景下,霸权稳定论成为美国挽回霸权的理论依据,也成了美国对外政策的重要理论指导。解读霸权稳定论,对认清美国单极霸权的本质有着积极的意义。

| Abstract: | The international situation has undergone dramatic change since the 1970＇s.The international status of the USA has relatively declined in that a diversified development trend has revealed in the world.The theory on hegemony stability has become the theoretical basis to retrieve America hegemony,and has become an important theoretical guidance of American foreign policy.Interpretations of the theory on hegemony stability have positive significance to understand the nature of American unipolar hegemony. |
