| 摘 要： | 社区教育要为经济建设提供支持服务。社区教育资源的相对不足与当前经济的快速发展不相适应。通过借鉴国内外先进经验,充分发挥政府主导协调作用,调动社会力量广泛参与,创建高效的资源整合机制和科学的社区教育发展模式,实现环境资源、学习资源、人力资源的充分共享,以满足滨海新区经济建设发展需求。

| Abstract: | The community education should offer its services as support of the economic construction. However, the insufficient community education resources fail to keep up with the rapid development of economy.With a view to satisfying these demands, Binhai New Area needs to adopt well-tested community education models from home and abroad, to create effective and scientific mechanism of integrating resources. |
