基于MATLAB的机床液体静压导轨油膜厚度控制系统研究

摘    要:设计了液体静压导轨油膜厚度的控制系统,据此进行了普通 PID控制器和模糊PID控制器仿真分析,结果表明,模糊PID控制器的动态响应性能和控制精度比普通PID控制器更好,更能满足机床开式液体静压导轨油膜厚度控制的要求。

Abstract:This paper is aimed at designing the control system of oil film thickness for the hydrostatic rail. General PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are simulated and analyzed, and the results shows that the fuzzy PID controller has better dynamic performance and higher precision than general PID controller, and it can meet the requirements of the oil film thickness control for open lathe hydrostatic rails.
