我国卷烟企业品牌风险管理初探

摘    要:卷烟品牌风险管理是卷烟品牌管理的重要内容,加强卷烟企业品牌风险管理有助于提高卷烟企业的竞争力,实现卷烟企业的可持续发展.卷烟品牌的风险存在于整个供应链过程.本文运用生产流程图法对卷烟生产企业供应链流程中可能存在的潜在风险进行分析,在此基础上提出了加强卷烟品牌风险管理的对策建议.

Abstract:Risk management is of significance in managing the tobacco brands,because it promotes the tobacco enterprises to improve their competitive strengths for a sustainable development.This paper has analyzed the potential risks in the supply chain with diagrams of the production flow,and put forward some constructive suggestion on the risk management of Chinese tobacco brands.
