| 摘 要： | 远程无线视频监控指挥调度平台以网络为依托，以数字视频的压缩、传输、存储和播放为核心，采用嵌入式多任务操作系统、高效的视频压缩芯片和功能强大的嵌入式处理器，将视频压缩和传输处理工作全部内置到芯片上，视频信号数字化后经过压缩、打包等过程变成基本网络协议的视频流，通过网络的传输，视频流发送到接收端。视频接收端可利用软件进行解码，在PC上进行显示和处理，使高速公路远程无线视频监控系统不受时间与地域的限制，实现实时监控的目的。

| Abstract: | The command platform is supported by network, with digital video compression, transmission, storage and playback as the core. Using the embedded multitask operating system, efficient video compression chips and powerful embedded processor, video compression and transmission processing is all built-in to the chip; the digital video signal after compression, packaging and other process is changed into basic network protocols for video streaming, and the video stream is sent through the network transmission to the receiving end. The video receiver can decode by using software, display and process in computer. Thus the remote wireless video monitoring system can work without subject to time and geographical constraints and the real-time monitoring purpose can be achieved. |
