基于LTC3783高能效车用LED驱动器的设计

摘    要:很多车用LED都需要大功率、高效率且简单可靠的LED驱动器,根据应用领域的不同有不同的LED组合,但各种组合都需要具备高PWM和模拟调光比以及卓越的LED稳流能力,且在断开时具有低电流的功率消耗。运用凌特公司的LTC3783芯片设计了车用LED驱动电路,当输入电压为DC3-16V时,输出电压为DC5-25V,输出电流为350mA,数字式调光比达3000:1,模拟式调光比达100:1。

Abstract:A lot of car LEDs need high power, high efficiency and simple LED driver; according to different applications there are different LED combinations, but various combinations require high PWM and analog dimming ratio and excellent LED flow capacity, and have low current when disconnected consumption. The LTC3783 chip technology was used to design the circuit of LED drives. When the input voltage was DC 3-16V, the output voltage was DC 5-25V, and the output current was 350 mA, with digital dimming ratio of 3000:1 and analog dimming ratio of 100:1.
