| 摘 要： | 如何提高高校思想政治教育的有效性是高校思想政治教育工作者一直致力于研究解决的问题。当前，高校思想政治教育效果并不理想，高校大学生出现了政治冷漠、法治意识淡薄、伦理道德失范、主导信仰危机等多种问题，主要是由于高校思想政治教育主体的消极性、教育内容的矛盾性、教育功能的错位性以及教育环境的复杂性等多种因素引起的。要切实提高高校思想政治教育的效果，必须从增强教育者的主体性，培养受教育者的能动性，构建科学的思想政治教育内容体系，注重协调受教育者个体需求与社会需求的平衡性，构建良好的思想政治教育社会生态等多方面入手。

| Abstract: | How to improve the effectivepess of Ideological and political education is the problem that the ideological and political education workers had been committed to solve and research in colleges and universities. Currently, Ideological and political education effect is not ideal, college students had many problems such as political apathy, lacking of the consciousness of rule of law, ethical anomie, the dominant belief crisis and so on. One of the main reasons is the negative of ideological and political education, the contradiction of the educational content, the dislocation of educational function and the complexity of educational environment. To improve the ideological and political education effect, we must strengthen the subjectivity education, euhivate initiative of educated,build a scientific system of ideological and political education, coordinate the individual needs of education results with balance of social demand and build a good social ecology ofideological and political education. |
