| 摘 要： | 本文在对影响企业技术创新的内部因素和企业文化对企业发展的影响分别进行探讨的基础上 ,找到了三个沟通二者的基本要素 :人力资源的开发与管理、企业家精神、R&D管理 ,据此构建了三棱锥形的企业文化与技术创新作用模式 ,并初步探讨了这三个因素是怎样把企业文化与技术创新联系在一起的

The effects of corporate culture on technological innovation |

| Abstract: | All elements that influence the firm's technology innovation are identified,how the culture influences the firm's development is discussed.Three basic factors connecting the culture and technological innovation are highlighted:development and management of human resources,entrepreneurship,and management of R&d .The pyramid model of mutual relationship among them is constructed,and how the factor connect with the culture and innovation is discussed in this framework |
