| 摘 要： | 为了使现有的局域网(包括以太网IEEE802.3和令牌环网IEEE802.5)的应用能够在ATM上继续使用,通过局域网仿真可实现局域网和ATM之间的互操作。本文就局域网仿真的体系结构、组成、连接、技术实现等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order that the existing technique of the local networks(including IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.5) can be continuously used on ATM,the local network emulation is introduced to enable the interactive manipulation between LAN and ATM.This paper presents a complete discussion on the following aspects of the local network emulation such as system architecture,composing,the access to networks,implementation techniques,etc. |
