| 摘 要： | 福建省第0418号台风所形成的狂风、暴雨、风暴潮对福建省造成了巨大经济损失。防御台风需要加强防灾工作建设、加强台风灾害预测、建立防灾信息系统、加强灾前准备和灾后自救、及时进行灾害损失评估、加快防灾立法,以促进福建经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The essay introduces the process of forming and the route of disembarkation of the typhoon 0418 "AERE" of Fujian province,then discusses three directive disasters caused by typhoon,which makes large effect on the development of economy of Fujian province,and puts forward the relevant measures of reducing disaster to accelerate the sustainable development of economy of Fujian privince. |
