| 摘 要： | 甘肃省地处西北内陆,地形东西狭长,山大沟深,地高水低.其人均水资源占有量只有全国水平的1/2,世界人均水平的1/8,水资源可持续利用显得尤为重要.本文重点从甘肃省在进行水资源可持续利用中的水利设施状况、水资源的利用水平、农用水的管理及水资源的管理制度、价格调控、城市用水状况6个方面分析了存在的问题及现状.指出开源节流并举、运用经济手段和节水教育建立节水型社会是可行的经验对策.同时提出如何借鉴国外经验,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题.

| Abstract: | Gansu province lies in the northwest of China.The water resource is really scarce there,so it is very important for us to make good use of it in the sustained water resource management.This article analyzes some shortcomings and experience of water resource management in Gansu and abroad in the aspect of water conservancy status,price regulation,education of save on water and economy & lawful means etc.Then it give some suggestion for us. |
