| 摘 要： | 制度性文化是制度建立的根基。从中国大学发展现状及趋势分析，要从根本上改革大学制度的弊端，迫切需要进行大学制度性文化建设，其基本途径是：重新审视哲学基础，重新思考中国大学理念，注意处理移植、创新与本土化问题，调适与整合中国现代大学的文化心理。

| Abstract: | Institutional culture is the basis of system constructing Judging from the current situation and developing trend of Chinese colleges, it is a crying need to strengthen the institutional culture construction in order to roof out the disadvantages of the current college systemw.The basic approaches are: reconsidering the philosophical basis of system construction as well as the college ideas in China, laying stress on system inputing, creation and localization, and adjusting the cultural psychology of Chinese colleyes. |
