| 摘 要： | 宗教与法律有着内在的关联,古代国际法也因此而充满宗教色彩。在古希腊国际法产生与发展过程中,宗教起着非常重要的作用。宗教的规范性使它在古希腊同盟法与战争法以及国际法其他部门法的产生与发展中扮演着重要角色,并成为国际法得到实施的保障之一,对当时人们的国际法思想、宗教也有明显的影响。

| Abstract: | There was an innate relationship between religion and law,therefore the ancient international law were full of religious factors.In this paper,the authors took a deeper probing on the relationship between religion and the international law of ancient Greece.In the coming into being and development of ancient Greek's law of alliance,war,and else,the religious rules made itself play an important role.It was in one of securities for the bringing international laws into effects as well.Religion had obvious effects on the ideas of international law,too. |
