| 摘 要： | 社会问题研究科学运作即科学化的社会问题研究，它是一种社会问题研究的科学化运作模式，是一种社会问题研究的程序化运作过程。科学性、严密性、规范性是其三个显著特征。要实现社会问题研究的科学运作，必须按照科学活动的程序切实搞好四项实务，即社会问题信息搜集、社会问题状态测度、社会问题综合诊断、社会问题对策研究。

| Abstract: | The scientific operation in the social problem investigation also called scientificresearch is a scientific model for a programmable process of operation in the social problem investigation. Among its charateristics there apparently are three: Scientificity, strictness and normality.To accomplish the scientific operation in the social problem investigation, we should carry actually out the following steps of project:collecting the information, measuring the states, comprehensively diagnosing the symptoms, and researhing the countermeasures in respect to the social problem. |
